Registration for the trip can be done in person at the office of the Science Students' Association (Marion Hall, Room 023). Please note that after January 1st, we can accept CASH ONLY for all payments.

- Studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom condos have been reserved for the trip.
- Each condo has a full kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, plates, glasses, cutlery... even a dishwasher!).
- The group will also have full access to the lounge, where there is a pool table, indoor + outdoor hot tubs, and sauna.
Units of each type are limited and will be given out on a first come, first served basis.
Transportation

- Greyhound coach bus transportation (feel free to bring any movie preferences). - Pick-up and drop-off location is the front entrance to the Lamoureux building. Morning bus leaves at 6:00 AM. Evening bus leaves at 6:00 PM. All buses will be returning to Ottawa around 6:00 PM on Sunday. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before these departure times for sign-in. |

IMPORTANT
With the exception of the security deposit, the cost of the trip is non-refundable. This includes the $100 down-payment. No cancellations will be permitted and no refunds will be issued by the SSA. If you are unable to make the trip, you are permitted to replace yourself with another participant, but the SSA will not facilitate any exchange of payment.
